Iced Coffee Slush

Ingredients

• Coffee (Darker roast)
• Half and half, optional
• Sugar and/or other flavorings, optional

Directions

1. Brew a pot of coffee double strength
2. Add half and half, sugar, flavorings, if desired. (half as much as you'd use for hot)
3. Let cool
4. Freeze, stirring every hour to make it turn into a slush
5. Bring to temperature where the slush begins to melt
6. Stir again to blend the frozen parts with the melting parts
7. Serve in glasses

On any day when the temp exceeds 90 deg F, this will hit the spot.
