Nostromo and Black Tie Reviews

It's always a "nail-biter" for a coffee roaster to submit their products for independent review.   One can never say in advance what the reviewer will think or write.  That's one reason why independent reviews by qualified experts are one of the best ways to separate the wheat from the chaff.
