Unboxing the Bunn Trifecta MB

It's been three weeks since my Trifecta MB arrived, and I'm familiar enough now with this machine's features, usability, and effectiveness to start making review posts. How about some unboxing pictures first, though?

The Trifecta arrived double-boxed. That “delicate electrical instrument” label on the outer box made me smile.

Stylish decal on the inner box.

The first things you see upon opening the inner box: accessories, a manual, a nice one-page summary of the manual for the impatient, and a brewing guide.

Included are two brewing chambers (one for tea? Not in this house!), a portable digital scale with 0.1-g. sensitivity and lid, and a glass beaker of sorts that I can’t get enough of! I even drink from it sometimes. That’s the water reservoir in the lower right corner.

A closer look at the scale, which works well.

The Trifecta MB next to a few grinders on a counter 13 inches deep. You can see there’s room to spare.

Set-up was effortless, and I was making my first cup within minutes of unboxing. Cool blue light! That’s the brew button. There’s also a white LED shining over the drip tray to illuminate your cup while the magic happens.

Much more detail will be forthcoming before long. In the meantime, if there’s anything in particular you’d like me to touch on that EricBNC and barkingburro didn't cover, please let me know in the comments section!
